Evi Kahle is an expert in the human dynamics of change, women’s leadership, and culture. Evi consults to executive leaders on complex organizational change such as acquisitions, new strategies/direction or leadership changes. She engages leaders in understanding and addressing the deeper problems and systemic organizational issues.
Evi coaches senior women business leaders bringing a unique leadership development process given the challenges they encounter in the workplace. She supports clients in bridging cultural differences in cross border initiatives which are particularly vulnerable to issues of alignment of leadership and cultures.
Evi is currently writing a book about deep personal change and identity and the inherent chaos and loss. She holds a Ph.D. (abd) in Depth Psychology and Culture, and a M.A. in Clinical Feminist Psychology. Evi is a dual citizen of the United States and Germany. She recently moved to Brussels, Belgium from San Francisco.
